TripAdvisor is primarily used for planning trips, but engagement drops post-trip. The goal was to design an experience that naturally brings users back to the app.

While introducing something new, it was crucial to maintain TripAdvisor’s visual identity, tone, and usability standards to ensure seamless adoption.
